This project proposed to place 132 time-share units on environmentally sensitive lake shoreline which included an existing marina. The site plan placed six unit town-house modules in a radial pattern at the edge of the property to maximize the lake front views. The second unit type, a duplex, arrayed within the existing stand of large pine trees. These units were designed for the more contemplative resident. Parking for each unit is in garages that are part of the buildings. Shops, pools, tennis courts, and a restaurant are also mixed into the pristine natural setting.
