This project involved the complete rehabilitation, inside and outside, of an existing affordable apartment project. The existing exterior plywood siding was replaced with exterior plaster and synthetic siding. The roofs were rebuilt. The windows were replaced, and the kitchen interiors were completely replaced. The landscaping was redone, a tot-lot was added, and the community building was remodeled.
