This major renovation project started with a forty-year-old collection of 146 apartments on a sprawling site plan. The aesthetic theme was unified and the site plan was reworked to alter traffic patterns, which allowed a new community center to be added to the site.

Carports were converted into garages, old swimming pools were removed, and new recreation space was added to the existing courtyards.

The units had dishwashers and washer/dryer hookups added. The new community center contains offices, a business center, an exercise room, and a new spa with showers.
