This twenty unit affordable senior apartment project is located on five single-family lots which were combined to create one lot. The units are arrayed into five buildings of one and two stories. There are twenty enclosed garage spaces contained within the buildings. The one bedroom units are arranged so the buildings containing them mimic the massing of the adjacent single family houses. This project was awarded a PCBC Gold Nugget in 2003.
