This single story, 6,000 square foot club-house was added to a partially completed apartment complex The exterior design takes its cues from the southwestern flavor of the dwelling unit buildings. The plan includes a foyer with a sitting room and fireplace, a game room, a spa, two racquetball courts, an exercise room, complete bathing and locker facilities, as well as administrative offices.
