A 15,000 square foot, two story office building. Steel roof and plaster cover a wood and steel frame structure sitting on a concrete slab foundation. The design maximizes an unusually shaped lot. Two public facades present to the street corner, utilizing very tight setback conditions. The private facades face a landscaped entry courtyard and the parking. The elevator lobby and the exterior stairs are approached from the parking lot side of the building as well.
