This apartment complex on a heavily wooded site required both interior and exterior work.  The exterior of the buildings received new roofing, new fiber cement siding and new vinyl dual pane windows.  The accessible paths of travel across the lot were modified to comply with the latest codes. The interiors received new cabinets and energy efficient upgrades to the lighting and HVAC systems.  Carbon-monoxide and smoke detectors were added and the old plumbing fixtures were replaced with ultra low flush units to conserve water.
